Terms of Service

Last updated: June 6, 2026

These Terms govern your use of Vauntly. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

1. What Vauntly does

Vauntly turns your Stripe revenue and website traffic into a single public, shareable, and embeddable dashboard.

2. Your account

You’re responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure. Please give accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Acceptable use

When using Vauntly, you agree that you will:

  • only connect Stripe accounts and websites that you own or are authorised to manage;
  • only publish metrics you have the right to share;
  • not place the tracking script on sites you don’t control;
  • not misuse, overload, scrape, or attempt to break the service;
  • not use Vauntly for anything illegal or abusive.

4. Your data and content

You own your data and your metrics. Making a board public is your choice; doing so grants us the limited permission needed to process and display those metrics so the service works. You can make a board private or delete it at any time.

5. Connecting Stripe

To display revenue, you provide a restricted, read-only Stripe key. You’re responsible for the keys you connect, and you can revoke them in Stripe at any time. Vauntly never has the ability to charge cards or move your money.

6. Plans, billing, and refunds

Vauntly offers a Free plan, a Pro subscription, and a one-time Lifetime plan. Payments are processed by Stripe — we never see your card details. Paid plans unlock the features listed at checkout. If you’re not happy, we offer a 14-day refund. Subscriptions continue until you cancel, which you can do at any time.

7. Third-party services

Vauntly relies on services like Stripe, Google, Resend, MongoDB Atlas, and Vercel. Your use of those is also subject to their respective terms.

8. Availability and disclaimer

Vauntly is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We work hard to keep it running, but we can’t guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, and we may change or discontinue features.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vauntly and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the service.

10. Termination

You can stop using Vauntly and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you use Vauntly as a consumer, you also keep the protection of any mandatory laws of your country of residence.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. We’ll post the new version here and email you about significant changes. Continuing to use Vauntly means you accept the updated Terms.
